You are more than that anyway. Size does not define who a person is. I think it's great that you are proud of who you are because so many girls aren't.

I used to be bigger than I am now. I was pushing around 200lbs., then slowly but surely made it down to 158. I've hovered around 158-162 for the last couple of years. I'm 160 right now. I think my issue was just portion size. If I ever want a treat, like ice cream, I'll just get a kids size and be set. Usually it'll be yogurt or frozen grapes though. Sometimes dark chocolate. I feel far better now than I ever did when I was overweight. Well, maybe not the last few months but it's not related to weight or food or anything.

If you can carry the weight it works, like sparky said that second pic guitarbizarre posted was attractive.

Sizes are pretty arbitrary, no two people look alike carrying it.

There are plenty of ugly or fat people who have perfect personalities. Does that make them great friends? Absolutely.

But I'm not going to lie, I will not be asking them out. It's all well and good to focus on personality but a romantic relationship requires I be attracted to the person physically as well as mentally, and size is a primary concern there. Does that mean I judge them in other ways? Absolutely not. But it does mean that I think trying to imply a personality can make up for a lack of physical attraction is completely fallacious romantically.

Now obviously some people carry weight attractively whereas other people only shine physically when they're quite thin, and moreover some people make up more weight in muscle than fat, but that doesn't change for me that there is a point, individual to each person, where too much is too much.

See, I actually get this. There are alot of factors that spark attraction and those are different for everyone, and we all have our preferences. However, I don't think it's right for someone to say things like "I would NEVER date a woman over size 14" or whatever (and I'm not saying you did say that GB, just pointing it out as a general rule).

What I do take issue with is the people who feel that just because a person is over a certain size or weight, they must automatically lead an unhealthy lifestyle. It's pretty ignorant really.

I think there's an upper bound on how fat ANYONE can be before "unhealthy" is the only way to describe it though. You don't get to 450lbs without crossing a line somewhere, you dig?

Erm, the BMI exists for a reason. The guidelines set by it are not arbitrary; they were established because what is - for the majority of people - healthy and unhealthy fall between these guidelines.

Claiming that the outliers are unhealthy is not cherrypicking; it's using averages. Claiming that most outliers are healthy because a minority are healthy outside of its bounds is, however, cherrypicking.

I don't know what it's like to date someone you find visually attractive. I've dated people who, in hindsight, were really quite unattractive, but it was never the issue at the time.

I don't see the problem with the size of the woman. More cushion for the pushin. Think about that.

In all seriousness, physical attributes and all that really doesn't bother me. I like a woman or man for what they have to offer with their mind, heart, soul, etc. If they're attractive fine, if they're not, their heart makes them attractive even if it isn't evident.

The fact remains that their is a set body fat ratio that is (given our current technology and health knowledge) the most healthy for a person of any given age/sex/height/frame. While that person who you think is super healthy with pecs for days, may actually be far unhealthy than that person who looks a little chubby.

You body fat and the proper foods being put into your body (vitamins/etc) is the true judge. To really know how healthy one is you must put them through a series of tests. And while that determines the health at the time, anything can happen and peoples health can change extremely fast.

In my opinion the healthiest people are not the healthiest looking but the ones who have a good health regimen. The ones who normally eat healthy and normally excersize. Ok to much babbeling I need a beer and a donut. Fuck you!

Gb your new avatar is hot stuff, definitely an upgrade from the last one.

FOR BURNING DOWN TO EAT IMMEDIATELY
