Vanilla actually looks like her avatars

the Beatles never broke up

i could take a trip to another galaxy or an alternate universe

Malaysia was still British-governed

cigarettes were free

there were sake-dispensers at the Courts

I wish I could find a place to live
I wish I could find a job soon
I wish I had a paid for, small piece of property in the woods, on the river with some magical savings to go to town and hit the bar once a week.

I get accepted onto this apprenticeship on monday.

I had got those Stone Roses tickets.

I had either quit Uni after one year or actually tried to pass.

You and me both buddy. Gotta love getting the runaround from a potential employer who doesn't understand that YOU DON'T DISCUSS SALARY UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO HIRE! (and not withing a few months or so '...when a position opens up' as it has turned into - now...)

On the plus side, I just dodged a bullet because there's no way an interview / hiring process that inept can be indicative of any sort of worthwhile employment.
