I don't see how you can say that. There was a specific reason for the signature asking to be removed. He gave the mods a bunch of sh*t about it, made posts trying to make a big deal of him being banned, because he knew that he was going to because of what he was doing. He knew he was going to be banned. If he wanted to stay, he would have changed it.

He was brought back, because I didn't have a real problem with him. He got rebanned because of cursing out members and trying to be an ass. That's it. He's not coming back. No more threads. Really. It's not neccesary.

Misfits made it a more fun and interesting place to be... It sucks that he got banned, but it seems like the fairest thing to do given his warnings by the mods about his annoying signatures.

haha, yeah. he got annoying sometimes and you can't really understand him sometimes, but i think he was sorta cool to talk to for some reason. I still think it's retarded that he got banned. He told me IAmAlejo didn't even tell him he was getting banned. Well yeah it should've been assumed, but just saying 'drop the sig' once and then pissing him off by deleting the sig and calling him an idiot isn't really going to do much to make him change his sig. So yeah, in the end I get why he's banned. Doesn't make it seem any less stupid to me though. Like the fact that he contributed to these forums a ****load more than those other people who only post to piss everyone off but they only get banned for a couple months and he can never post again.
But what pisses me off the most is the fact that alejo even said himself that freedom of speech was the right to speak against, but when we do that we get our posts deleted? And just because these boards are privately owned means you can control what we say in our posts? And if you were supposedly going to delete all further threads/posts about the subject, why is this one still here?

so you have no real problem with him but you banned him in the first place and said he wasn't coming back early because of his sig. change your mind for some reason? Im also sure he wasn't cussing out other members or giving other moderators a hard time. Only you. That's what he told me anyway and i'm pretty sure he wouldn't make that sh*t up.

if you happen know who keeps deleting the threads i made in the promotion forum for misfits' forums, i'd be very grateful if you told me who it was. thanks in advance.

Alejo has explained himself at least 10 times. Please give him a break. If not for him, do it for the MusicBanter community. Hopefully you understand in the future that this is simply an online forum, and misfits wanted some attention before he left the forums. If you absolutely detest what alejo has done I suggest you move on and leave the Musicbanter forums.

They can delete your sig, which he did after a while. Then Misfits put it back after being allowed back in early. Meh, I cant see why this is still going on, Misfits just cant come back, ever.

Sounds fair to me.

Mods have say, wether its fair or not. If the guy was being a jerk, why allow it to go on? Just makes the community worse for everyone else. Especially if Misfits was abusive.
