get rid of the spaces between the brackets then add the part in the link after watch?v=

If the clip is featured or linked from somewhere else you might need to trim &feature... from the end.

So basically it looks like this [ youtube ] 11randomcharacters [ / youtube ] without spaces.

If you're trying to post an image use [img ] [/ img] with the url in the gap, again remove the spaces.
