I went to The Broad in Los Angeles and discovered one of my new favourite artists, Mark Tansey.



I also got to see some of Warhol's chowder soup, Monroe, and Most Wanted Men pieces which was super rad as well. That was all reputation though tbh, I'm not huge on pop art.

Movies are art too, right? I saw this Shirin Neshat's Possessed and really adored the concept, the execution, and above all, the soundtrack, even if it was a little slow. I have to go to art museums more often.

But don't be fooled, someone overdubbed most of it with a lame ass Americanized soundtrack. The soundtrack is here

I love this. (Why on earth would they want to replace that with such generic music??) Reminds me a little of Waking the Witch.
