I seriously believe this to be true. I mean, I've never met a circumcised guy that could jump back in action literally seconds after ejaculating. Two or three uncirc'd guys I've been with were totally on top of that. I think the protective layer adds a lot to their experience, I really do.

But I'm not a guy. Those to ask would be those who got circumcised later in life for medical reasons. Maybe they can give me some insight.
