Oh me too... my boyfriend's been wanting to get a cat for so long now, but I can't have one here because I'm allergic to them. Instead we have a hedgehog, lol.

Unfortunately no .. Her allergies got so bad that when our last boys nibbled the dust, we decided not to get any more.

It pains me every day :(

Wait, aren't you a biologist? Does that mean that you use rats for experiments?

That really sucks, I'm also sorry to hear about the boys. Is there any pets she isn't allergic to? Having a little buddy is the best :(, which is why I'm going to buy my nephew a bunny! :)

Not me, I've only really worked with invertebrates like mites, springtails and insects. My wife did horrible scare-experiments on chickens :p:

Well that's pretty unfair. They're chicken(s) after all. See what I did there?

Urban Hat€monger ? 11-14-2012 10:32 AM

That's nothing I experiment on chickens most day of the week.

I think I'll use garlic & mushrooms with it tonight.

The guitarist is left-handed, but I can't tell if he has re-strung the guitar or is playing it upside down.

Sorry, my bad, I should have explained myself. We is Newcastle United, my PL team. The English football team can go **** themselves, I love my country, but the national side are a disgrace.

It's actually quite funny watching Egnalnd lose, and tonight we have to admit that Ibrahimovic absolutely destroyed us! Quality player.

Fixed for punctuation.

Seriously though, according to my research (two minutes on Google), "spelled" and "spelt" are generally considered interchangeable. So, you're good.

Spelt is the British version of "spelled", like burnt, learnt, smelt, etc.

When I read the world "spelt" though, the first thing that pops into my mind is this, honestly:

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm trying to improve my grammar but sometimes it's hard to know when I've made a mistake.

Spelt is a species of wheat, the one in the picture I guess. :)

My wife also likes to buy spelt breads (speltbrød in Norwegian) and whatnot.

edit :

Spelt may be grammatically legal, but I also prefer spelled.
