I remember telling Christian I knew exactly what game he was playing with the Fluffy Kittens moniker. Not quite the polar opposite he said it was.

not bad at all; pretty groovy, in fact.

Real nice soccer.

One guy goes through an entire team? I've seen something similar in a different sport.

The first few lines of William Gibson's Neuromancer gave me the idea.

My username... Well, that's actually kind of a funny story. I was really into the occult when I was growing up, and I found this book in an antique shop while on a road trip with some friends (we were going to stay at one of my friend's uncle's cabin in the woods). Anyway, I was just starting to learn Latin (which many excerpts from the book were written in, though honestly it changed languages every other page), so I decided to try to translate the passages, and... You know, this is probably boring you guys to tears. Nevermind.

I looked your name up on a whim one day, and concluded that it's some kind of reference to Rudolf Steiner.

Well, since you showed an interest, it's actually a bastardized form of Phanuel, the name of the ruler of the Wheels of Life (The Ophanim) in strange and non-canonical traditions of Judeo-Christianity. They're a mysterious "Fourth Archangel", and killing demons is their business. Like I said, I was really into the occult when I was younger (even though I'm not a religious person at all. Go figure).

Hey, no problem. I getcha. In 4th grade when everyone was doing reports on things like sports hero's, comic book characters, or the current president, I did a book report on the origin and history of the Ankh.
