John French is the drummer for Captain Beefheart and His Magic Band. He put Beefheart's ideas on paper and expounded on them in some instances. For TMR specifically, he had to notate hums, whistles, and piano phrases into what eventually became a masterpiece. Plus his drumming is just as badass as Beefheart's vocals.

I don't even remember where I got mine from, but I've been using it for years, so it's usually my first pick for a web-alias. My real name is Michael and I usually wrote my name as Mic on video game high-score lists. That's where the Mic part comes from. The Shazam part though? No friggin' clue!

I didn't even know that guy existed back when I made my username. When I was a kid I made this comic about a super hero named Iron Man, before I learned that Iron Man existed. Don't know what's going on there.

lol really? What were his powers? My version of Iron Man could coat himself in a layer of metal at will and shoot blobs of liquid metal out of his hands.

Mine was very simple, I just thought of a guy who could breathe underwater and maybe use water projectiles but I didn't think to make him talk to fish too. In my first draft I called him aguaman cause agua means water in Spanish but I quickly changed it to Aquaman cause it just made more sense.

Hell, I did the same thing with Wonder Woman, but her primary superpower was to sit on my face.
