yes that is the Dictator mentioned in my sig... tied for third most important person on the site... right under me and garret (guy doing all the technical stuffs) and tied with jacob (another friend who is helping me write stuff along with the dictator

also how do i do an avatar? (i know ive already asked but ill ask again)
