What Happened to Howard Part II

Very sad to hear about the passing of Howard. He was a good friend of mine, on this forum and on my other forum. I've known him for years and never once did he show a sign of hate toward anybody. He was a welcoming, and very charismatic human being with a lot more to offer than what he showed on the forum. His music taste wasn't too bad either, it ranged from Bieber to Naglfar, that in itself is pretty amazing.

He will be missed, both here, and on my other forum.

Howard was a bit of an odd duck, but I'll give the man credit - he was who he was despite every incentive (here) to not be. Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully in the great beyond.

He was a Christian (or something like it) so I hope his vision of peace has found him. All the best, Old Man.

I think he liked it that way. I could never tell what was the real Howard and what was his 'persona' as he described it once. When he wasn't trying to be controversial you would get a glimpse of the intelligent guy behind it all and I am saddened by his passing. RIP.

Since some are addressing Howard's faith here; if I remember correctly, he believed that after we die, our souls travel to another planet. I can't remember much details beyond that however ..

Shocking. I always took his comments as if he was choosing to play the role of a jester for the community and he knew how to play it well, constantly pushing the line but never really crossing it or causing pain. Here's hoping he found peace with the least amount of pain and suffering in the transition.

Heard the news on facebook, which was very distressing. He was without the most fun and genuine guy on these boards, and we got on very well. You couldn't bait him, he never retaliated, never got angry or malicious.

Also he was a musical genius, listening to a phenomenal variety of artists in virtually every genre. When I last was on chat with him he was still very much enjoying his Meshuggah, which I thought he had some interesting ideas about. He will be missed,

R.I.P. friend.
