Usually aren't ridiculous male anatomy challenges set up to gain sponsors and raise awareness of something?
Can't imagine anyone asking their Grandparents to sponsor them for 'Don't Fap December' which doesn't actually make any sense.
I think Tuna just made this whole thing up to satisfy some sort of bizarre sexual fetish he has.

The fingernail on the thumb of my wanking hand almost got ripped off two days ago. Still hurts, so I'm rather backed up at the moment.
