The horse sized duck. Eventually you will be overwhelmed by one hundred duck sized horses. But you only have to get lucky with a switchblade once with the giant duck.

a horse-sized duck would have a 20-foot wingspan though... a swan flapping it's wings and hitting you can break bones.

on the other hand, horses have a much stronger bite, and hard hooves that they can rear up and get your shins pretty good with...

But you still only have to get lucky once, as opposed to one hundred times.
