Babygoth 06-01-2005 01:42 PM

Kurt_Cobain 06-01-2005 02:00 PM

Im a Chrisitan, yes I strongly beleive in God.
No I don't care if you don't, each to his own.
Please don't question my religion, ie 'why do you believe' or 'god isn't real', not that any of you would 'cause you're all cool, but just incase 'cause I find it all really insulting
I can't proove God exists, tis why its called faith
Finished :D:)

PerFeCTioNThrUSileNCe 06-01-2005 02:07 PM

everybody thinks that because im atheist, i am damned to hell. but since hell is a place that i dont believe in, which only comes to existence in a book that i dont believe in, that was written by people that supposedly talked to a god that i dont believe in....then how would i go to a place that to me is non existent?

yes, but that doesnt mean i believe in god. it has nothing to do with it. some people that celebrate christmas have no idea what the actual meaning of it is. i do, but the reason i celebrate it is because i was brought up celebrating it. no t because i believe in its original meaning.

I'm a Hasselhoffist

Trauma 06-01-2005 03:24 PM

Serbian Greek Orthodox.

I'm not very faithful anymore though.
Skeptical.

ArtistInTheAmbulance 06-01-2005 03:39 PM

Methodist. Although, being pretty much the only one in my family, its not as if I can get to Church easily.. Besides, my brother calls me a f@g for believing in it all.

You have to go to the "Goodbye cruel Forum" thread and stare at Urban's photo of David Hasselhoff for 20 min. without blinking.

PerFeCTioNThrUSileNCe 06-01-2005 03:49 PM

I'm a strongly devoted believer in Jesus Christ. The term "Christian" is thrown around way too much these days. I don't really know if it even identifies with Christ's teachings anymore, but I'm not gonna start preaching... :)

Represent, brutha'. I wish there were a lot more "christians" with your attitude.

Tommyrocker 06-01-2005 05:41 PM

Im a protestant christian - some times stronger than others depends how i feel but i always have faith. I have grown up with 2 grandparents, a strong catholic who married a protestant and changed for love (wipes a tear). And have always learnt never to question others' faith as I would not like mine done so. Despite what many people think nowadays - somebodies religious belief(s) cannot be questioned.

but there in lies your problem (okay bad way of putting it, but it is true) Jesus himself gave his followers a commandment to preach. it is our duty and privledge to do so as he did when he walked the earth.

ladyluckrules 06-02-2005 06:00 AM

I'm just neutral

ladyluckrules 06-02-2005 06:01 AM

Well, you are only partly correct. He told them to go to the world as a witness, which is alot different from preaching (which is what is done for the people who are already saved). If you get on here and start "preaching" you are just going to turn people off, rather than drawing them in. I hope this doesn't sound like I'm trying to talk down to you, because I'm not.

pastor of muppets 06-02-2005 08:06 AM

im not really anything... i kind of believe that theres something that controls what happens but i dont believe in god or hell or sinning or whatever.... just from looking at science and stuff... and all the stuff that had to go right for us to live.... i think there must be something but i dont think that theyre like looking out for us or anything.... i dont know if that fits in agnostic or not....

ladyluckrules 06-02-2005 08:31 AM
