Well .. if you can not accept a person for who they are, just simply ignore them or just stay away from them. Everybody has flaws within their personality, if you dont have anything good to say about another person. It's usually better to just say nothing at all.

Some people should take a long look in the mirror at themselves and put the judgement upon their own faults before judging others.

I don't look like I play guitar. People just have this idea that a shredder needs to have long hair and tattoos. I have neither. Once after a gig at a bar, I was out getting some air, and some drunk guy came up to me and said "Dude... you don't look like you can play like that!" I just shrugged it off and said "Thanks", but I wanted to say "WHAT THE **** AM I SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE?!"

This happens a lot when I'm gigging. People kind of freak a bit when they see me get up from the bar then hop up on stage and tear into a solo.

Shhhh... don't tell anyone but it actually amuses me. I know, I'm terrible.

Yeah. I'll usually give them a sidelong glance say "this is my happy face", pause, then burst out laughing.
