Now then there is the issue of the size of people's stomachs, you will be hungry obviously by eating less, but the more you deprive yourself of food as a pleasure or indulgance as opposed to a physical necessity or need, the more the stomach shrinks meaning the less hungry you will be, meaning the less compelled you will feel to eat. This is how i would approach the problem if i was in that situation im not going to read over this, so if i sound mad and in no way helpful, i'm sorry.
I see what you're saying. That's kind of what I've been doing and it's definitely been working! And no you don't sound mad.

I wish I could this but I would say by going to the gym and maybe doing some wheeling. That would be a good idea.

No it really isn't. Don;t get me wrong you can certainly lose some weight doing nearly any activity but its much less effective. Aerobic excersize will burn MUCHHH more.

Thats not to say one shouldnt do Yoga.

That's rather extreme if you ask me.
What exactly are you doing?

I still have 5kg to go! But I am still in a healthy weight range. I won't get as small as I was at 20 because I was not healthy and was far too skinny.

I just ate smaller meals and less rubbish to be honest. It sort of fell off! I'm too lazy to exercise beyond walking around the city.

I was just commenting on the fact that such a drop in 2 months is pretty crazy. Normally people that would drop that much would have to be doing something pretty outrageous, which would likely be something unsustainable. I was just wondering what you were doing to drop that much.
If it's just smaller meals and less rubbish, then you must have been eating like a king before.

I think I read somewhere that you can lose 1kg a week and its considered healthy.

I tend to eat like a rabbit, nibbled here and there but my vice is white chocolate! I was eating out way too much before that.
