Do you feel like you need a vagina though? I mean you can still identify as female and have a penis. You don't HAVE to take hormones and get surgery.

^Not really, honestly. It doesn't really affect how I see myself, but I just feel more comfortable when I can be labeled as a female, even if that means dressing as a woman.

And if you ever wanted to transition, I guess I'd have a beautiful girlfriend! And that's completely ok with me.

To be perfectly honest, you are not a female unless you have the XX chromosome, nor a you a male unless you have the XY. No amount of hormone replacements, plastic surgery and makeup will hide the fact that you are a man/woman and always will be.
