I'm not going to celebrate her dying but I really didn't like her or what she did to us Brits, in case you wouldn't have been able to guess anyway. Regardless of your opinions on her she was certainly one of the most important British politicians of the 20th century and her death is absolutely a notable event for anyone living here. Even if it's only to get some good laughs out of British joke sites.

Why do you have to admire her? What did she ever do that deserved admiration? Mind you, like Po I'm speaking as an Irish person, and while I won't go so far as to say we're glad she's dead, you'll have to look very hard on this side of the border to find anyone who'll genuinely shed a tear for her.
