My city doesn't so much have special slang as really meathead sounding pronunciation, for example:

wit = with
wuhda = water
fie dolla = five dollars
axe = ask

And so on and so forth.

it would really bother me if someone called 'Water' wudha in front of me..

I wouldn't really say the people who pronounce it that way sound like Elmer Fudd. They sound much more meathead-ish than that.

That doesn't bug me near as much as someone calling a Sprite a Coke.

yea i got more, but you should know most of this terms are local terms for puertorico

idk if any other latin american countries use it

Yes. That used to drive me nuts when I was taking drink orders at Disney World.
