Well adjusted? Hmm. As Jiddu Krishnamurti said, it is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

Fellow rejects? I'm gonna take that as a compliment. ;)
Does normal exist? I don't think it does. Or to be more precise, I think normal is being who you really are. You don't see oak trees doing their best to follow a standard, they just grow according to their nature. If one oak is shorter than another oak, or thinner, or more fragile, or darker, or has fewer leaves, or more crooked branches, it's still a normal oak. People are the same. Normal is following your nature. Abnormal (or weird) is following someone elses nature (ie believing you have to be a certain way). |

See... officially weird? What does that mean? Who are the masters who get to say what's normal and what's weird? Where in the universe instruction manual, or humanity instruction manual, does it say we have to act a certain way?
The only person who knows how you should behave is you. The only person who knows how I should behave is me. And so on... You could argue that the greater part of society acts the way it does because of the interference and influence of governments and corporations and the media - all of whom are self-serving and more interested in bettering themselves than they are society. Why would any free-thinking, sane person follow what they say? |

P.S. I almost posted that until I noticed that I'd made a typo and spelled "start" as "stark". I am amused. |
