I have this thing called a Buddha Board. It helps me be calm because I can write everything negative on it and it disappears.
Or I can draw something pretty and take a picture to keep forever. It's basically a board that you paint on with water. When the water dries, the painting disappears. It's wonderful. Buddha Board - Official Website

It's so perfect. I bought it when I was having a lot of anxiety and it was just so great.
i would come home in a horrible mood and just get it all out in a couple of minutes.

I've been craving cigs out of nowhere but I heard even the e-cigs are really bad for your lungs (according to a study I read about) and I'm training for a 5k.
