I spent one night in Sacramento once. Went here. Karaoke was deplorable until I belted out some Elton John. Drinks were plentyful and there was actually some women that had teeth.

I think its just preference. Strippers, and this is a generalization mind you, always look like they have a terminal illness to me.

A buddy of mine goes to law school in Sacramento so I've sent him an email asking for his favorite drinking spots. He's in Japan right now for the summer but I hope he has an internet connection and can get back to me in time.

i practically lived there for two years while dating someone who lived there

are you guys fans of craft beer?

there are plenty of great breweries in town

the K Street mall can be fun for bar hopping and Old Sac is a must

also i HIGHLY suggest breakfast at The Fox and Goose

It's like starving me for a day, then showing me a nice juicy steak that I can't have. I have two friends that are strippers. They used to be just two innocent young sisters living down the street. Now, after some boob jobs, and tattoos, they're well into their careers. One of them loaned me a guitar that I gigged all over the SS of Chicago with, and the other one is dating a friend of mine. I always remind him "Dood! You're dating a stripper!", as he sulks and says "Ugh... I know...".

As far as Sacramento. I got nuthin, but it appears there are lots of things to do, not sure about the artsy stuff, but there's always that element anywhere you go.
