My hair is cray long and it's naturally thin. It does moult a lot, especially in the shower. It's so hot at the moment that I throw it up into a bun. It will be fine once its cooler.

It's just past my shoulders right now and I rarely tie it back, and normally I let it air dry. I don't flatiron my hair since it's naturally very straight. I only wash it every 2 or 3 days. I'm guessing that I just don't have enough natural oils.

You might consider going even longer without washing it, and getting some leave in conditioner or oil. I had really terrible hair for awhile, only wash it once every week or two now and keep it oily when I'm lazying around at home. It has made a world of difference, I actually get compliments now.

And of course... trim your ends monthly.
