If you're a male, that's a problem. If you're a female, that's actually fairly common. Many girls stop growing at about 14 or so.

i stopped drinking milk because it's bad for your sinuses, and i literally wanted to throw up at the thought of eating.

it just turns out that my favourite way of delivering milk is through chai. traditional chai. steeped in the milk.

and yes, antioxidants are important, but if i wanted antioxidants, i certainly wouldn't go for chai. or any kind of tea.
??? Green tea is one of the best sources for antioxidants there is. Green tea and dark chocolate. I eat that REALLY dark chocolate that's around 90% dark. Super bitter but super-charged with antioxidants. Try some, if you dare. Milk chocolate has no antioxidant effect.

I'd rather kill myself than start eating chocolate purely for antioxidants. It's chocolate. It's supposed to be a way to clog your arteries and get five minutes closer to death.

Dark chocolate is not fattening. It's truly a health food, which is why nobody likes it. Since it is so bitter, you don't overindulge either. You really can't, it's tough to swallow too much at once. I break off a piece and eat it with my tea and, whew, that's enough for one day.

Which is my point. Why would I want to turn chocolate eating into an ordeal?

I rarely drink tea for all of my life years here on earth. Seriously.
