2% milk fat. And 1% is 1% milk fat, obviously. Whole milk is 3.5% and anything above that is considered cream.

Whole milk is the tastiest but it's fattening. I like 2%.

I voted whole but I switch between whole and 2% all the time. It doesn't matter to me much. I prefer to bake/cook with whole though but 2% is fine for cereal.

I've been drinking skim for a really long time. 2% tastes gross to me now. 1% is fine though.

Skim is kind of gross to me. It's like watery milk. Can't believe it's all I ever drank as a kid.

Soy and almond milk are both good. I find chocolate soy is good for protein shakes.

On a serious note, if you have a prostrate it is better to drink whole milk, 2% and less not so good to drink. (Sorry, I wish could provide the study, maybe if I had the time I could find a decent one.)

Has anyone tried that really gross strawberry milk? Also, they have Hazelnut and Vanilla flavours here too. All gross.

I have! we have banana here. that's the worst. compared to banana, strawberry is a lesser evil. vanilla is ok. it just tastes a bit like ice cream which is off putting.

Oh we have banana too but only in individual cartons (like the 250mL or 500mL). It kind of tastes like that awful liquid banana flavoured medicine that doctors give to kids.

they used to always carry it at school, i think people got it occasionally when the chemicals started bubbling down in their stomach from the other milk options.

oh no doubt, but i think the fruit flavor offered a new dynamic for the ingestion of chemicals.

Well homemade Banana milk is the best. Get a really ripe banana, milk, if possible some vanilla syrup (and ice - optional) and blend it to a nice banana smoothie. Or add vanilla ice cream for a banana milk shake.

Syrup/Powder is always better but if I'm craving strawberry milk I don't mind getting it store bought.

Both is pretty good but the powder means you can make it stronger with more flavouring and sugar!

usin syrup gives it a different taste nd store bought choco milk is easy to chug which makes me feel bloated. they actually use choco milk in those ads you see for weight loss. you knw where they have a side by side pic of a person, one lookin fat and the other ripped. they take those pics the same day, one after drinkin a lot of chocolate milk. srsly
