Default Trans Fat.....how much does it really harm our health?

Hello everyone.....I have been recently more and more aware of this dangerous thing they call Trans fat. I realized that there are many kinds of foods that I eat almost on a daily basis that contain plenty of Trans fat in it. So......Ive been trying to understand how harmful it really is. There has been many sources of information in which I have read about this kind of Fat and I have come to some conclusion, although I dont know how accurate it is.

Trans fat isnt harmful as long as you eat it in small quantities. That, guys, is what I have concluded.

Well.....I would like to hear you guys. Do you agree? Do you think that.....if you dont eat too much trans fat in foods, it wont harm you at all? Let me know what you think.

Trans fats seemed like such a good thing once, enhancing the flavor, texture, and shelf life of many processed foods -- from cookies to frozen pizza. Unfortunately, they come with a health risk. Trans fatty foods tantalize your taste buds, then travel through your digestive system to your arteries, where they turn to sludge.

Good point dude......it also seems to me like the most delicious foods are the ones with the most trans fat unfortunately. Otherwise I would have eaten things like Sausage, donuts and cookies much more

Trans fat is absolutely bad indeedy, but isn't it delicious? I was unable to vote; I just couldn't pick out the right choice. I would've voted for something like: "Yes. So harmful that it may stir up real trouble, but on the other hand it generates huge pleasure, doesn't it?"... I seriously need to cut down on crisps, chocolate and meat by the way.
