I can't believe this even exists. Does anyone else know of strange body modifications?

The picture on the bottom seems rather odd to me since you can see where the teeth meet but where the lips meet is too far up. Unless i'm confused about how a mouth looks on the inside with the lips closed.

the ring pushes the skin up though. it might seem too far up but it's slight up because of the body mod.

idk it does seem a bit extreme but I'll ask my tattoo artist next time I see him.

Thing is though, the top picture is in the same area but you see the bottom part of the bottom row of the teeth.

That is probably the case. Still looks very strange though as i'm assuming it'd be very difficult to eat regularly with a piercing like that. Not to mention the amount of drool that'd fall out of the holes.
