I just looked this one up, and in case anyone's curious, the guy on the ground ended being physically fine. The two guys kicking him were arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, and the victim, who apparently is also an asshole, ended up being arrested for a DUI hit-and-run from several months previous.
