I had a bank once who for reason had me in their system with a VI after my name like I was a king or a pope or something. I didn't even know until a teller asked me one day if I was really the sixth.

People get my last name incorrect constantly. They either forget one letter, or they replace it. I have a last name with two C's and two T's, and people will replace C's with S's.
