My parents are pretty straight laced individuals, I'm lucky if I can get my dad to drink a second beer with me. My boyfriend's family is the complete opposite. I've bought weed off his dad before.

You're reading someone's post and they use a parenthetical phrase but never use a closing parenthesis, and you feel like you'll be in limbo forever.
