You're one of those people, huh? Why on Earth should I feel any gratitude to them? They're not there to help me out any more than I'm working for minimum wage because of my love of providing prompt and polite service. All the chicks at my work get so stressed about customers and I'm just like dude... they don't know everything about these products like you, as a person who works here, does. They aren't stupid, just uninformed. And people are allowed to change their minds upon hearing the final price.

I've had horrible experiences on both sides of the fence and it always ends up being horrible because the other person was a huge twat.
