I'm just saying that the only people who are afraid of the police are people who are doing something slimy or just on that illegal fence where it's not really a big deal but somehow still illegal (in which case, handle it better, try not to be a knob, and you'll be fine).

I'm pretty sure being drunk in public is illegal but I've done it many times, successfully, on foot. Never worried about anything because I'm not an idiot.

The worst of them are the people who whine about cops in traffic, like "I can't believe the cops pulled me over for driving 60 in a 35! Damn pigs!" Yeeeah, because he totally had no reason to stop you from driving like a dumbshit.

If it's not too far you could always walk, or if the contents aren't too large you can always stash them in a slightly questionable but secure place. A lot of paranoid/risky situations can be avoided just by using a little sense. (Carry some pepper spray with you if it's legal in your state, just in case the guy is a psycho.)

Don't get me wrong. I'm all about people doing what they want with drugs that really don't do them any harm whatsoever. All I was saying is that mayyyybe if you're gonna be driving your stuff home, you should have a plan so you don't feel so afraid.

(My feelings about gross things like meth and heroin are a lot different, though.)

I'm tryna sell my guitar amp so I can go to Beach Goth 2014 music fest and am having no luck. It's either I hardly eat for like a week and go to the show while barely making rent or sell the amp and eat maybe two more packets of Ramen with some more veggies... or I don't go. Which would be heinous.

Normal hours (8 hr work days), but the 2 other jobs besides my usual are side jobs for a friend. Restoring a 100 y.o. house, and some fire restoration. Tearing out walls, floors, etc, painting, installing some wood flooring, and some electrical and plumbing work. I'm his go-to guy, since I'm kind of a perfectionist, and I work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Mad skillz. Cheese and rice.
