So therapy doesn't work cause it didn't work once? Seek some ****ing help! I'm pretty sure everybody on this site at one point or another has told you to get therapy.
Also, you're not a blood relation of your godmother? Then it's unlikely you suffer from the same genetic predispositions that she does which might cause a bad reaction to a specific medication.
