Using a keyboard? No. With a control yes.

I actually recently saw a speed run on Ninja Gaiden and now it doesn't seem that hard. There's a power up that kills bosses in one hit.

Megaman 1 is probably the toughest Mega man but the enemy spawn rate of Ninja Gaiden is just unfair.
