This is true. It all depends on the relationship you have with social media. Some people do have a healthy relationship with it. But personally, I found that I'd be given unsubstantiated stupid political hot-take opinions in my feed that would just make me irritated and would make me want to respond, an urge I usually resisted because it typically ended up being a giant waste of my time.

Tfw a fly lands in your hair but jostled a hair follicle so that it tingles your scalp so you don't swat it away and now you're just having a sensual experience with a house fly.
