Meh, I think most people are too self-conscious to go out butt nekkid. Or maybe I'm just assuming that everyone's like me. I know I definitely wouldn't go out naked if it was legal. But I don't think I'd want to see old man schlong either - and I feel like that's the main demographic that would take advantage if public nudity was legal.

Before the day is over? Bah. One time my flip flop broke about four blocks from my old apartment here and my feet turned black just from that short walk home.
