We didn't dig the well. Bloody hell, that woulda killed us. It was 51 degrees in the shade that year, hottest summer in decades. We only had to lower an old bucket down into an existing well then drink the filth.

Just a side query here because I tend to have trouble coming up with things I like about myself. When you consider the question do you think about qualities that others might appreciate in you or do you think about things that others might not even know about that give you a sense of pride? Or is pride itself dependent on external perception?
