A good alternative is to cook your rice in chicken broth instead of water! Cuts out a lot of sodium and adds flavor to otherwise plain white or brown rice. I use it in quinoa too.

Cook the potato's first, then cook the chicken just before the potato's are done.

Potato's time = 30 mins
Chicken time = 10 mins

Start potato's, then start Chicken after 20 mins.

You really couldn't figure that out?

TBH I used to eat packets of instant oatmeal straight out the package but those were brown sugar/maple flavored so they had those blocks of brown sugar and maple flavor that were pretty bomb all by themselves.
