The instant vilification of GMO’s is definitely a result of poor education and understanding but on the other hand saying that the genetic modification that is going on now has basically been in effect since Mesopotamia is pretty disingenuous, isn’t it?

I’m hoping around to various points but because there’s so much consumer misinformation I try to AVOID buying foods labeled organic or non-gmo because I think that whole movement is dishonest.

I wouldn't say so, especially since the end result is more or less the same. Laboratory modification is basically just classic genetic modification without all of the dice throwing.
