I hope you like it. Personally I like to let the broccoli get a little bit charred, but it sounds like you want to keep some of that raw texture/flavor. Post a picture when you're done!

I don't think I've ever witnessed such a confusing route to a mind-numbingly bland end for a way to cook something as simple as broccoli.

I think id rather have them still crunchy a bit but 20 mins would be okay since i have to wait for the potatoes to finish :)

ill share a photo, going to be a few days since i only drive into the bigger town food store like 3 times a week, sometimes only 2 or less :(


but photo being shared will happen, when it happens :)

I have to wait for the potatoes to finish, so its all fine. the broccoli will stay warm in my tinfoil thingy :beer:

Someone made me a flaky cheese pastry topped with pistachios called kanafeh and it was fire.

Grilled some lemon pepper chicken thighs and had them with roasted parmesan broccoli that was bomb as ****.

If you want to make it, just toss chopped broccoli in a bit of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and parmesan then bake it at 425° for 12 minutes on each side.
