Trying to eat some delicious flan while trying to keep one of the cats from getting all up in my bidness.
I picked it up from a family-owned Mexican restaurant that didn’t feel the need to blast the Cowboys game.

My fam makes zelnik every year for the holiday feasts, I'm munching on leftovers now. Hella bomb, traditionally made with lamb but we typically make a pork, a cheese, and a sauerkraut. It takes forever to make, but it's fun and ceremonial for the women in my family to bust out the old secret recipe and spend hours preparing the dough, celebrating our Albanian heritage.
