If you're losing 8 pounds in 4 days then maybe you're not eating healthy. You don't throw up in the toilet after meals do you?

How much nutrition are you even getting fro that, man. All that weight loss is probably your body eating itself, like your muscles and ****.

what have you been eating lately?
Tomatoes are healthy. If I eat absolutely nothing but tomatoes I'm still going to have poor nutrition. I mean all you're really getting from carrots is carbohydrates, eggs give you protein, and apples give you fiber, but other than that it sounds like you have pretty worthless nutrition.

I've been eating a bunch of jazz recently, so crisp and sweet. I like to chop half of one up and add it to my lunch salad then eat the other half in slices as a side.

Currently eating leftover pineapple I marinated it in hot sauce and honey (and a brushing of melted butter) and threw on the grill last night. Omg highly recommend, I'm going to experiment again tonight with mango and fermented sriracha.

A friend of mine, who's veg, ordered a pineapple and jalepeno pizza the other day and said it was amazing. These people that refuse to eat flesh have some seriously off-kilter tastes, but I can see how that contrast might work.
