Coat it in flour before you dip it in egg. Season your flour and breadcrumbs with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Italian seasoning will be good on it too or you can be a g and get your own rosemary, sage, oregano, thyme, and basil and make your own mix each time. Oh garlic salt on that **** too.

I've been eating a lot of vegan meals prepared by my vegan friend lately. I don't think I could ever go full on herbivore, but those ****ers have some great dishes.

Yes. Unless some idiot vegan is trying to sell you on it tasting like a burger, you can def elevate eggplant sandwich to be as delicious as a hamburger sandwich.
