I don’t really care if I get heart disease or whatever

I’m not trying be like nihilism edgelord it’s just life gets to be a whack a mole of problems

I’m broke I’m poor I’m lazy I eat junk I have addictions I have roaches I’m aging diabetes cancer heart disease dementia addiction all run in the family

Lying in a hospital bed full of dope with Coltrane in my headphones doesn’t really sound that bad

I just don’t want a long life. My body is worn out and I’ve done almost everything I want to and the things I have t done are out of reach or I just don’t really care if I do it now

I did all the cool ****. I read the best books. I saw great concerts. I listened to the best music. I travelled to a lot of really cool places. I met lots of interesting people. I’ve made friends with smart interesting people. I’ve loved beautiful women. ****ed way more than my share. I’m good. No regrets

He's not wrong though. Have you ever actually researched nutrition (as opposed to simply dieting)? You eat a very restricted diet of all the same things without any variety.
