ate almost a whole thing of strawberries for meal one, plus 3 apples and a cup of carrots.. im full.

the strawberries were good asf too, hadnt had one in years and it cost the same as a box of mac n cheese :beer: might just cut mac n cheese to one day a week now and eat strawberries everynight :pimp:

my diet consists of:

- apples
-carrots
-blueberries (frozen for shakes)
- raspberries (frozen for shakes)
-strawberries (fresh and frozen for shakes)

- subway a few days, mac n cheese a couple days.. and now just a whole case of strawberries for two days.. healthy and cheap.

this diet plus my alkaline shakes :cool:

this is all intermittently fasted for 16-18 hours ish. :cool:

Many intermittent fasters skip breakfast. Here's why that's not a good idea.

possibly, or it could have been just viral messages of success that made it recently popular.. probably a mix of both :beer:

if it works at keeping ya in calorie deficiency, then it works :pimp:

if a 3 meal strictly at certain times is easy for the human then that works :cool: the diet that works, is the diet that works. its almost case by case because humans, ya need to have a super strict diet. in order to lose weight you need a strict diet :beer:

It's probably pretty easy to kill a carrot tbh but I don't envy you the chicken.
