The point is that breakfast is when your body is looking for nutrients. If you're starving yourself then your body goes into starvation mode and if it's before you go to sleep it translates that into saving nutrients rather using them. Bruh you're just trying to starve yourself to make yourself feel better via suffering.

If you're active throughout the day, then you'll want to load up on calories to burn in the morning. That's the point of nutrition.
