that should be nice elphbro i want that yellow cake with chocolate frosting for my birthday


today i had that ciabatta bread at subway for the first time. its not as big as it looks on the sign lol. it was prolly 6 inch, so ill prolly get the 12 inch because when i got its normally my main meal for everything so only having 6 inch kind of sucks. a 12 was sort of perfect i thought maybe the ciabatta would be as big ass the flatbread, nope.


but then some apples and carrots and two alkaline shakes going to bed early

bought a digiorno pizza hand tossed, 4 cheese BATLORD WOULD BE PROUD!!!!!

gotta stay a bit unpredictable i guess. the whole pizza is 1280 calories, a subway footlong is more than that. the bread at subway is just 800 calories, all the stuff on top is just more which the beard prolly has sugar in it lol


a bought apples/carrots/strawberries... good natural foods. alkaline shakes also
