I made saag with kale, rainbow chard, and green peppers. Came out okay, little too gingery. Topped it with seasoned tofu and vegan sour cream (cashews, water, citrus, salt).

I'd have taken a picture but it's pretty much gone now.

I got way may very well be the very best watermelon in the history of watermelons today. I don't think they're really supposed to be in season yet but dayumn! **** is goooooooood.


And, even better.

Ate half. Pureed and strained other half. Water melon juice + vodka = divine.

....You clearly have never had a good watermelon. Hop on a jet to frisco, they're pretty kick ass around this time of year. Dirt cheap at the farmer's market too.
