Lobster freshly caught and boiled is really good, so not sure how you're getting it.

Someone was willing to get me a lobster tail at a pier restaurant, idk the quality but I'm about 98% sure that everyone who likes lobster has been tricked.

If you've only had it from Red Lobster then I understand your position. Red Lobster is disgusting.

If it's not red then it's undercooked.

They opened up a new grocery store around here with a very large food bar. So large, I almost cried when I looked down the aisle and couldn't quite make out where it ended.

So, today's lunch menu was:
  • Shrimp
  • Sweet and Sour Chicken
  • Meatballs
  • Salmon Filet
  • Tilapia
  • Brisket
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Mixed Veggies
  • Cucumber and Tomato Salad

...all in small sample quantities of course. I'll be going there for lunch everyday to grab something new to try, and then I'll go back for the brisket. It was outstanding.

Got a really nice piece of salmon, seared it and served it over some fetuccine with a garlic white sauce and some parmesan. Did some asparagus with shallots and fennel on the side. Y'all already know it was tits up. The difference in quality from the more affordable supermarket salmon I'm used to was crazy, definitely worth the price even if I can't do it as often.
