I like to squeeze lemon over my salads, since I don't like dressing either. Lime works too, really any citrus would work I think. Now I'm craving grapefruit.

I need to work on my food photography skills but I've made this the last three days in row lol. Toasted chickpeas and roasted vegetables over rice with a peanut sauce that I've finally nailed.
